Material: 
Body and ball stud 230 M07 Pb leaded low carbon steel equivalent 9S Mn Pb 28K, tensile strength 430-500N/mm².
Clip CS 70 carbon steel strip, hardened and tempered.
Protective Finish:
Body and ball stud Zinc plated, de-embrittled and yellow passivated. The assembly is lubricated.
Clip 'Dacromet' finish.

PI Ball Joint:

• Lightweight and slim line
• To resist wear, the ball stud and body cavity are both case hardened.
• PI Ball Joint is avalible without the ball stud for assembly on to a pre-positioned ball stud. The ball studs are also avalible  separately.
• The spring clip allows the ball stud to be easily disconnected or re-assembled during installation.
• Hexagon form of studs facilitates assembly.
• Metric sizes of this range are shown on Data Sheet PM.
• Subject to quantity, special threaded bodies and ball studs are avalible.
